Scott's Finger Lickin Good Lasagna

High protein lasagna with whole wheat noodles.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups green peppers
2 lbs ground turkey
1 (15 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
4 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 whole wheat lasagna noodles
2 cups 1% cottage cheese
2 cups reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet and saute the garlic, onion, celery, bell pepper, and turkey.
2. Once the turkey is browned, drain off any fat/liquids.
3. Add the tomato paste, tomatoes, and seasonings and allow to simmer.
4. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
5. In a rectangular baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, make a layer of noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, and mozzarella cheese
6. Repeat to make two layers (one cup of mozzarella cheese over each layer).
7. Bake for 45 minutes.
