This shortbread is SO GOOD and so simple to make. Melt in your mouth, buttery, crumbly goodness Ingredients:
250 g butter |
1/3 cup caster sugar |
1/4 cup rice flour |
2 1/4 cups plain flour |
Directions:
1. Have butter at room temperature. 2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy/creamy. 3. Stir insifted flours in two batches. 4. Turn on ligtly floured surface. Knead lightly until smooth. 5. Roll into ballsplace on greased trays and bake in a SLOW oven for 20-30 minutes. |
