Good sprinkled with a bit of sugar while warm. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
1 cup superfine sugar |
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 275. 2. Cream butter in large bowl. 3. Add sugar and mix well. 4. Add flour gradually, kneading dough on work surface. 5. When dough no longer sticks to surface, roll out 1/4 inch thick. 6. Cut into shapes with cookie cutter. 7. Arrange cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. 8. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. |
