This is my version of scotch short bread. Ingredients:
1 lb butter |
1 cup powdered sugar |
4 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add salt and vanilla. 3. Stir in flour. 4. Roll rather thick. 5. Cut and prick with fork. 6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
