Nice on a cool Fall evening. Ingredients:
3 cups quick oats |
1/2 cup flour |
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup butter, softened |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine dry ingredients. 3. Blend in butter by hand until it reaches a meal-like texture. 4. Mix in vanilla. 5. Pack into a brownie pan or 9x9. 6. Bake 25-30 minute. 7. Slice while warm. |
