Scotch Finger Apple Crumble |

An easy to make crumble Ingredients:
4 medium size granny smith apples, peeled cored and thinly sliced |
125g butter or margarine |
1/2 cup brow sugar |
1x250g scotch finger biscuits,crushed |
1 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 180c 2. Lightly grease an 8 cup oven proof microwave safe dish 3. Evenly layer the apple in the prepared dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 mins until apples are tender 4. Meanwhile cream butter and brown sugar until mixture is fluffy 5. Mix in crushed biscuits and cinnamon 6. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the apples 7. bake in oven for 30 mins or until topping is golden and apples are tender 8. Serve with ice cream or cream |
