A yummy chili-cheese dip that always disappears. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs hamburger |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 lb velveeta cheese, cut into cubes |
2 (1 lb) cans chili without beans |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger with onions. Drain the grease. 2. Stir in all other ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese melts and is bubbly. 3. Serve hot and scoop in with tortilla chips. |
