Use as a quick cake topping. Even though it is not really a dairy product, you should still keep anything topped with this topping in the refrigerator. Ingredients:
1 cup whipped topping |
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon rum extract |
Directions:
1. Using mixer, quickly whip the topping along with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Just whip to incorporate the sugar and vanilla/rum.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
