So good, so healthy. Things that taste this good are not meant to taste this good! Ingredients:
1 ripe banana |
150 ml natural yoghurt |
15 ml apple juice (or more to taste) |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
3 tablespoons pecan nuts |
Directions:
1. Blitz together the first 4 ingredients. 2. Add the pecans and give a final blitz. 3. Pour into a tall glass and dust with cinnamon. |
