Scd Gluten Free Tuna Patties |

Ingredients:
2 (450 g) cans tuna in water |
2 cups almond meal |
1 cup onion, diced |
4 tablespoons dried parsley |
4 eggs, beaten |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lemon, cut into wedges |
Directions:
1. Upend tuna into bowl and separate using a fork. 2. Mix almond meal in to the tuna and springwater and then mix in all other ingredients except for oil and lemon. 3. Form into 12 tuna patties and fry turning once during cooking. |
