Scd Gluten Free Karin's Almond and Sesame Nut Loaf |

Ingredients:
1 carrot, grated |
1 leek, trimmed and chopped finely |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted |
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted |
1/2 cup almond meal |
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon dried parsley |
Directions:
1. Fry onion until translucent. 2. Mix all ingredients and pour into lined loaf pan. 3. Bake at 180 C (350 F) for about 1/2 hour until skewer comes out clean. 4. Allow to cool in pan. |
