Ingredients:
4 cups almond meal |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
4 cups parmesan cheese |
2 eggs |
6 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cover tray with baking paper. 2. Spread mix over tray. 3. Bake at 180 C (350 F) until just golden brown, (It will be too soft at this stage but will harden out of the oven.). 4. Cool on rack. |
