2 ounces hibiscus-infused simple syrup |
1 ounce gin |
1 ounce sparkling wine |
garnish: slice of star fruit |
Directions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Hibiscus-Infused Simple Syrup and gin; shake well. Strain the mixture into a chilled flute; top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of star fruit, if desired; serve immediately. |
