Granny June gave me this recipe several years ago now it is a forvaite Ingredients:
3/4 cup white vinegar |
1/2 cup oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup sugar |
2 (11 ounce) cans shoe peg corn |
1 (15 ounce) can lesueur very young small peas (drained) |
1 cup green onion |
1 (2 ounce) jar pimentos |
1 cup bell pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil first 5 ingredients for five minutes ( i double thease). Let cool. Mix all other ingredients. Por juice over vegetables. Refrigerate. Keeps wel about 10 days. |
