Yeah, those Swedes like their pizza with a white creamy sauce- not the tomato sauce I am used to in the US. Ingredients:
1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained |
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread soup evenly on crust. 2. Top with remaining ingredients ending with the cheese. 3. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. |
