A nice appetizer and quick! Ingredients:
2 lbs sea scallops (rinsed and dried) |
1 lb thin-sliced bacon (cut in half) |
Directions:
1. Wrap a piece of bacon around a scallop and secure with a tooth pick. 2. Place the wrapped scallops on a baking sheet and broil for about 10 minutes per side or until bacon is fully cooked. |
