Scallops with Wasabi and Ginger |

I copied it off foodtv. can't remember who or all the details. I would think of this more as an appetizer but having never made it. Ingredients:
12 shucked scallops |
1 minced shallot |
1 teaspoon minced ginger |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon wasabi |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and spoon on top of scallops. 2. Garnish with a little more wasabi. 3. Plate on crushed ice or rock salt. |
