Scallops With Tangy Honey Glaze |

None Ingredients:
2 lbs sea scallops |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons margarine |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 shallot, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil. Thread onto 4 skewers. 2. Grill, covered with grill lid, on a lightly greased grill rack over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until opaque in center. 3. Combine margarine, honey, lemon juice, shallots, and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with scallops. |
