This is a small side dish for 2 people-goes well with many things.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
pepper
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup herbed croutons
Directions:
1. Combine tomatoes, salt, sugar, pepper, butter and croutons.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to very low and cook on low for about 5 minutes.
3. Serve hot.
