scalloped potatos with ham Ingredients:
10 potatoes |
8 oz mushrooms, canned |
12 oz cream of mushroom soup, reduced fat |
2 t margarine |
1 onion |
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese |
6 oz skim milk |
1/4 lb ham |
Directions:
1. slice potatoes, dice onions & ham. layer in pan with soup (mixed w/milk), dot with butter and sprinkle cheese on each layer. 2. Use reduced or fat free ingredients!! this receipe would not calculate using lower fat margarine, cheese, etc, so calories & fat are lower. 3. Bake for about 2 to 2.5 hours until potatos are tender. |
