SCALLOPED POTATOES AND CORN This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Blake Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes diced |
1 can cream style corn |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Butter baking dish and place a layer of diced potatoes then a layer of corn. 2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. 3. Repeat layers until all ingredients have been used. 4. Pour milk over top then bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
