A good busy day dish. Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes |
Directions:
1. Brown the chops. 2. Mix soup, sour cream,water and parsley. 3. In 2 qt casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, salt, pepper and soup mixture. 4. Top with chops. 5. Cover and bake at 375* for 1-1/4 hour. |
