Ingredients:
2 pound(s) frozen cubed hash browns
1/2 cup(s) butter melted
1 can(s) crean of chicken soup
2 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped
1 pint(s) sour cream
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1+ cup(s) cornflakes crushed
1/4+ cup(s) butter melted
Directions:
1. Mix potato mixture well and place in a 3 Qt casserole dish.
2. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top of potatoes.
3. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
