A great potato dish. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese |
2 cups potatoes, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup milk |
2 tablespoons onions, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine soup, cheese, onion, salt and milk in a small casserole. 2. Add potatoes and mix. 3. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 1 hour. |
