Very easy to put together. Good with baked ham. Ingredients:
6 -7 potatoes, peeled and sliced |
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon coarse salt |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Put sliced potatoes into a 1 quart casserole dish. 2. Pour evaporated milk over them. 3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until done. |
