Ingredients:
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1/3 cup margarine, melted |
4 (1-ounce) slices french bread, cut into 1-inch cubes |
3 eggs, well beaten |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve warm. |
