A nice change of pace that goes especially well with ham or roast pork Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
10 slices bread, crust removed |
4 eggs, slightly beaten |
2/3 cup milk |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, softened |
brown sugar |
cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 3. Grease a 13x9 glass baking dish and pour in mixture. 4. Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar and cinnamon. 5. Bake at 350 for 45 minute. |
