We were served this at a friend's house when I was a teen and I've been making it ever since. Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
4 cups soft breadcrumbs |
3 beaten eggs |
1 (28 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
Directions:
1. Mix first four ingredients. 2. Add the eggs and pineapple, stir until blended. 3. Bake in a casserole dish at 375°F for 45 minutes, until golden brown. |
