Mushrooms in a creamy cheese sauce by ColoradoSweethart64 on lowcarbfriends. YUMMY is all I can say! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs fresh mushrooms |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
salt |
red and black pepper |
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. 2. Add cream and cook until liquid is almost gone, about 10 minutes. 3. Add seasoning and pour into buttered casserole, cover with cheese. 4. Bake at 400F just until cheese melts, about 10 to 15 minutes. |
