Tried and true and one that has been around my family for years. I made this today for a Sunday School potluck and it was one of the first things to go. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 pound frozen hash browns thawed |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 pint sour cream |
2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine potatoes, butter, salt and pepper. 2. Add soup, sour cream, cheese and onion. 3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 4. Top with topping and bake 15 minutes longer. |
