1 1-pound 1-ounce can (2 cups) cream-style corn |
1 cup milk |
1 well-beaten egg |
1 cup cracker crumbs |
1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
3 tablespoons chopped canned piniento |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs |
Directions:
1. Heat corn and milk. 2. Gradually stir in egg. 3. Add next 4 ingredients and dash pepper. 4. Mix well. 5. Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish. 6. Top with buttered crumbs. 7.
