SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Rodgers in Longview, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
16 ounce can whole kernel corn |
16 ounce creamed corn |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup margarine melted |
8-1/2 ounce package corn muffin mix |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl in the order given then mix together thoroughly. 2. Pour into a two quart casserole dish then bake at 300 for 1 hour and 45 minutes. |
