I always remember having this growing up. My husband had it for the first time at a dinner at a church and kept going back for more yellow stuff . It is one of his favorites. Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can cream style corn |
2 cups sour cream |
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix |
1 stick margarine |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and spread into 9x13 pan. 2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set. |
