old recipe I found in family recipe box Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup saltine crackers |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup evaporated milk |
1/4 cup carrot, shredded |
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped |
1 tablespoon celery |
1 teaspoon onion |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. combine first 11 ingredients in a bowl. 2. mix and pour into greased 1 qt baking dish. 3. sprinkle cheese on top. bake at 350° for 35 min. |
