Ingredients:
1 can creamed corn |
2 egg whites, beaten |
2 tablespoons splenda |
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 slices cheese |
165 grams broccoli |
100 grams zuchini |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Mix together the corn, eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Add the cheese and broccoli, mix well and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. 3. Bake for 1 hour. |
