My favorite corn dish Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
2 1/2 cups frozen corn (i also use canned) |
1 cup bread crumbs |
1/2 cup diced green peppers |
salt |
pepper |
2 t butter |
Directions:
1. Place alternate layers of corn and bread crumbs in a greased baking dish, adding butter and seasonings to each layer. 2. Pour milk over all. 3. Bake350 degrees for 30 minutes |
