This corn side dish is awesome. Goes great with anything! Ingredients:
1 can cream corn |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
2 tablespoons margarine, melted |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon course ground pepper |
dash of cayenne pepper |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
