A great way to enjoy all things corn!! Ingredients:
1 15 oz can if whole kernel corn. |
1 15 oz can cream style corn |
1 8 oz container sour cream |
1 box corn bread mix(i use jiffy) |
1/2 cup butter melted |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients 2. pour in casserole dish deep enough for cornbread to rise. 3. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes |
