I found this receipe last year around the holidays while shopping at Target. My family enjoyed it. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream with chives and onion |
1/2 cup sliced green onion |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sweet whole kernel corn, undrained |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style sweet corn |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 2 1/2-quart oval baking dish or 13x9 (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Stir all ingredients together in large bowl, mixing until muffin mix is moistened. Pour into prepared pan. 3. Bake at 400 degrees F. 35-40 mins for 2 1/2-quart dish, 25-30 mins for 3-quart dish, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. |
