This is a recipe that I got from my mother. This is one of my favorite side dishes with ham or pork roast. Ingredients:
4 cups corn |
1 egg |
1 cup cracker crumb (she used ritz) |
1 1/2 cups milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in order given. 2. Butter sides and bottom of 9 x9 pan and pour corn mixture into it. 3. Bake on slow (325 degree)oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy. |
