This recipe is from my Aunt Thelma, who used to make whenever we visited, because she knew I liked it. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for bigger crowds. Ingredients:
1 can cream-style corn |
1 1/2 cups crushed saltine crackers |
1 egg |
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided |
Directions:
1. Combine first three ingredients and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. 2. Pour into buttered or sprayed casserole dish. 3. Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown on top. |
