A quick and easy clam dish. Ingredients:
2 cups minced clams with juice |
1 cup cracker crumb |
1 cup milk (or half-and-half) |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F. 3. Transfer to a buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes. |
