4 cups sliced carrots |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup diced cheese |
herbed croutons |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots until fork tender, drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Put croutons on top. 4. Bake at 325ยบ for 30 to 45 minutes, until croutons are browned. |
