Ingredients:
1 head cabbage
1 -2 sleeves saltine crackers, crushed
cream or milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup butter
Directions:
1. Slice cabbage fine and cook in salted water until tender.
2. In a deep casserole dish, layer cabbage, crackers to cover, and cheese.
3. Repeat layerss ending with cabbage on top.
4. Dot with butter and cover with cheese.
5. Pour cream or milk until it comes to the top of dish.
6. Do not cover with milk.
7. Bake at 350 for 30 mintues.
