Diferent spin on scalloped potatoes Ingredients:
4 1/2 lbs red or yukon gold potatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices |
1 container -16 oz. fat free sour cream |
3/4 lb__. 12 0z. velveeta cubed cheese |
1/2 lb. smoked ham chopped |
4 green onions sliced |
1/4 cup grated parmeasan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large covered saucpan 10-12 minutes or ill potatoes are tender Drain 2. Remove 3/4 of the potatoes place in large bowl add sour cream mash till smooth 3. Stir in Velveeta cubes ham and green onions gently stir in remaining potatoe slices 4. Spoon into 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray Sprinkle with Parmeasan cheese 5. ake 30 minutes 6. Courtesy of Breakstone Sour Cram |
