I will make this recipe sometime and now I can find it! From another web site. Ingredients:
1 lb scallops |
1 cup french dressing |
1/2 garlic clove, crushed |
Directions:
1. Cut scallops into fourths, unless small 2. then leave whole. 3. Simmer 4-5 min in salted water. 4. Drain and place in in jar while hot with the french dressing and garlic. 5. Marinate and chill for several hours. 6. Serve with toothpicks as an unusual appetizer. |
