From Every Day with Rachael Ray. February 2007. I'll serve this with fried tofu. Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice vinegar |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 finely chopped scallion |
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. 2. Serve as a dipping sauce for tofu, potstickers, dumplings or egg rolls. |
