Saw this in TV and thought of trying.
Ingredients:
1 cup of cooked rice
1/4 cups of scallion
1 egg
a pinch of salt and pepper for taste.
1 teaspoon of oil
Directions:
1. Heat up oil and fry rice for bout a min.
2. Add in scallion and fry till fragrant.
3. Mix salt and pepper to egg, and add in the egg to the rice.
4. After the rice is fully covered with egg, its ready to be served.
