Oniony, cheesy appetizers-always a big hit! Ingredients:
1 french baguette, sliced |
5 scallions |
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Slice baguette into 1/4 slices. 2. Chop scallions into bits and mix with shredded cheddar. 3. Add enough mayonnaise to make of spreading consistency. 4. Spread mixture onto breads and put on cookie sheet. 5. Bake on 425 degrees until bubbly and/or very lightly browned. |
