This is an easy homemade dip for veggies or chips. Ingredients:
16 ounces sour cream or yogurt (or a mix of the 2, also low fat works fine) |
3 large or 6 small scallions |
1/2 cup fresh parsley |
1/4 cup mixed fresh herbs (i used thyme and oregano) |
salt and pepper |
fresh veggies or chips |
Directions:
1. Chop scallions and herbs in food processor. 2. Add sour cream or yogurt, and pulse until combined. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Chill for a couple hours or overnight. 5. Serve with fresh veggies or chips. |
